Ltd. is an advanced, hygienic and energy-efficient drying solution designed for processing fresh grapes, grape slices, raisins and other suitable grape-based products. The system uses solar-assisted heating with controlled airflow to remove moisture efficiently while helping maintain the natural colour, flavour, aroma, texture and overall product quality.

Unlike traditional open-sun drying, the enclosed multi-tray drying chamber helps protect grapes from dust, insects, birds, rain and environmental contamination, providing a cleaner and more controlled drying environment.

Rudra Solar Energy offers solar drying configurations from 5 kg/batch to 500 kg/batch, with the appropriate system selected according to grape variety, fresh batch quantity, product preparation, moisture load and required final moisture.
