Solar Garlic Dryer by Rudra Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is an enclosed solar drying solution designed for hygienic and controlled moisture reduction of garlic and garlic-based products. It is suitable for farmers, FPOs, SHGs, garlic processors, food-processing businesses, MSMEs, spice processors and commercial agro-processing units.

Unlike open-sun drying, the enclosed drying chamber helps reduce direct exposure to dust, insects, birds and sudden rain, while organised airflow supports controlled moisture removal. Rudra's solar agricultural and cabinet dryer systems are available in configurations from 5 kg/batch to 500 kg/batch, depending on the selected model and processing requirement.
